“I absolutely LOVE my Woodforest National Bank branch that is located on Justin Road and Garden Ridge in Lewisville, Tx. I opened my WF banking account soon after WF opened. I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years. Yesterday Mayerli waited on me, as she has many times before. Such a sweet lady and very professional! “This has been my local bank for close to 10 years. The staff has always been helpful, always striving to solve customers issues. For example I had an issue with a cheque that needed verification and the issue was being handled by Ivania. She did everything possible, including explaining to me step by step procedure as to why it seemed to be taking a bit long.

“If you are driving down the street you wouldn't be able to notice this credit union from your car, but this place is warm, clean, and friendly.
I have an account with the bank, so I stopped by to take care of business, I walked into the building and met with the Bank Manager's office to take care of my business. The bank manager offered me a seat on a chair in her office, as I sat down I looked at her desk and saw this bowl of rocks. I said these are cute and the Bank Manager said, “Please take as many as you want”! I picked up one and noted they were prayer rocks. The bank manager said, “Keep the prayers in your car, purse, or wallet that way you always have a prayer close to you”! What a beautiful way to get through the day, and receive great customer service with a prayer.”

Absolutely ridiculous. I hope whatever prompted these sudden changes is worth losing customers. The abrupt change of debit cards, and now the app!? SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I don't live near a branch, so online banking was my best option for most transactions. The original app no longer works, but the new app doesn't recognize my login credentials. Now I'm inconvenienced, and have to find time to get to a branch before they close to access MY MONEY! Not to mention the ATMs no longer accept cash deposits! I really liked this bank before all these changes. UGH!!!”
