“I absolutely LOVE my Woodforest National Bank branch that is located on Justin Road and Garden Ridge in Lewisville, Tx. I opened my WF banking account soon after WF opened. I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years. Yesterday Mayerli waited on me, as she has many times before. Such a sweet lady and very professional! I also met someone for the first time named Michelle. She was able to look at my account and give me some advice. That’s what you call personal banking!

Today, I initially went to the bank with Peter. He gave me the money I needed to withdraw, but when I asked him a question about another service, he was very curt, did not explain anything, and simply told me that there was nothing he could do. I left the bank and told my husband that he was very unpleasant to deal with. A woman who walked out behind us said she agreed; he had also treated her rudely.
I told my husband that I would go back and ask someone else about the same issue to see if they could help me. That is when I met Brandon. He answered all my questions and explained that the process I need IS POSSIBLE, but only from Monday to Friday.

“This branch is always so clean and smells great! They have a ton of inside foot traffic but they always manage to keep it so clean - amazing! The tellers are very polite and helpful and when they are super busy, they have a “host” that redirects folks to make things flow faster.
There are also four drive up ATM’s and two more inside. And in the summertime there are quite a few shady parking spots.
