“Woe is me! I embarrassed myself yesterday at DATCU. Needed change for $100 bill to pay yard man who had followed me for pay. Was told I had an outstanding $20 charge on money market account I had emptied two months prior to pay for hearing aids. Would not give me change until $20 was paid. I was flabbergasted that an empty account was considered an open account. Paid $20, finally got change. Went i. Today and sweet marvelous, classy Francis had already credited my account. At 80 my mind finds it illogical to consider an empty account open. In future if a mo ey market account is emptied please notify customer to “close” account so they won’t be charged. Many years ago delivered mail to DATCU on Edmonds Rd. and asked if you could accept letter carriers as members. You did and gave me a mug. Thanks DATCU for making an old lady happy again!”

“This branch is always so clean and smells great! They have a ton of inside foot traffic but they always manage to keep it so clean - amazing! The tellers are very polite and helpful and when they are super busy, they have a “host” that redirects folks to make things flow faster.
There are also four drive up ATM’s and two more inside. And in the summertime there are quite a few shady parking spots.

Navin listened and escalated my issue, Farzin (the branch manager) reviewed my situation and approved the waivers, and Christian helped me finalize the updates and deposit afterward. She was kind, efficient, and made sure everything was fully resolved.
The NSF fees were a complete oversight on my part, but they were all so understanding and approached it with professionalism rather than judgment — which I truly appreciated.

“Today, I had to stop by the bank while I was out running errands. This was the first time I was at this branch by hwy 121. I just had to come on here and say that the service I received was excellent! Especially, Sue, the branch manager, and Stepni. Despite having less tellers, they had still had their smiles and laughs. They kept welcoming every person who came through the door and not once did they show any frustration. Sue kept asking the teller if she was okay and also checking up on the people in line. Stepni kept chatting and her laugh was very infectious. BofA really needs to hire more employees like them. Genuinely good people should be well compensated. As long as they’re there, I will definitely keep coming back.”
