“If you are driving down the street you wouldn't be able to notice this credit union from your car, but this place is warm, clean, and friendly.
I have an account with the bank, so I stopped by to take care of business, I walked into the building and met with the Bank Manager's office to take care of my business. The bank manager offered me a seat on a chair in her office, as I sat down I looked at her desk and saw this bowl of rocks. I said these are cute and the Bank Manager said, “Please take as many as you want”! I picked up one and noted they were prayer rocks. The bank manager said, “Keep the prayers in your car, purse, or wallet that way you always have a prayer close to you”! What a beautiful way to get through the day, and receive great customer service with a prayer.”
“I was in the area for a doctor's appointment, and my debit card with hacked. I was very appreciative of Josh's ( a teller) help while dealing with this crisis concerning my debit card (with another bank) and being able to withdraw funds from the card before my account was closed.”

“I have used Point Bank of Little Elm for seven years, however used Point Bank of Lewisville for about eight years while employed at Lewisville Family Medical Associates. I have always been treated with great respect as a banking customer. I honestly have never had a single problem with this bank. Experience with all sorts of notary from real estate to very important medical documents. You could never ask for a more compassionate branch manager. Absolutely ridiculous. I hope whatever prompted these sudden changes is worth losing customers. The abrupt change of debit cards, and now the app!? SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I don't live near a branch, so online banking was my best option for most transactions. The original app no longer works, but the new app doesn't recognize my login credentials. Now I'm inconvenienced, and have to find time to get to a branch before they close to access MY MONEY! Not to mention the ATMs no longer accept cash deposits! I really liked this bank before all these changes. UGH!!!”

Today, I initially went to the bank with Peter. He gave me the money I needed to withdraw, but when I asked him a question about another service, he was very curt, did not explain anything, and simply told me that there was nothing he could do. I left the bank and told my husband that he was very unpleasant to deal with. A woman who walked out behind us said she agreed; he had also treated her rudely.
I told my husband that I would go back and ask someone else about the same issue to see if they could help me. That is when I met Brandon. He answered all my questions and explained that the process I need IS POSSIBLE, but only from Monday to Friday.
