“Great Customer Service from Karina, the store manager!!! I order three pairs of shorts in multiple colors online. I received my online order today and the shorts were a little shorter than I like. Furthermore, I called Into Nautica, grapevine mills, location and Ms. Karina, was accommodating from the start. I ask for the 10” Inseam shorts and promptly placed me on hold and looked for my sizes and held them for me until I was able to get to the store and exchange the shorts. Ms. Karina, Was professional and friendly with the other customers as I was waiting in line she had a smile on her face and very helpful even discussing the Nautica and Lucky Brand merger, and I wasn’t aware of that! I shop at lucky brand as well. Ms. Karina, keep up the great customer service, it goes along way with people seriously.”

I bought it actually more as a joke… but the joke was on me! The pictures we got will last a lifetime and you can’t beat the quality/clarity! “Nice staffs. I always shop instore, First time I ordered for a pick up then there was a missing item in the bag, online don’t help for missing items for order pick up ( I always check the bag pick up orders which I should have checked here as well before leaving store), but had to call in store & staff told me to come back, lady staff was nice listened to me and said it never happened like this before, yet she agreed for me to take what I want. Lesson learned better to check before leaving the store to avoid double trips to the store.”
