“Richard was absolutely FANTASTIC. We had a few issues with our photos the first time around with a different photographer and he kindly brought us in for a redo and a wonderful experience. You could tell he has a great eye for photography. The set-up was artistically placed and he did a great job engaging with my puppy. The pictured were magical and a great way to mark my puppy’s four-month birthday. Thank you Richard, we’ll definitely be coming back and requesting your skills again!”
“We shopped in the girl section. We found some good items. There wasn't an abundance of inventory in this section. They did have quite a few jean styles. The store was clean and well organized. It is spacious. Check out was easy. We did get hassled to get the store credit card and had to decline it repeatedly after saying no the first time. I don't like to be hassled. Plenty of novelty type stuff on clearance at registers.”

Janie and Jack never disappoint! ? I found the cutest sunglasses ?️ for my daughter, and it was her very first pair ever! ? She looks adorable in them! I also grabbed a super adorable pair of shoes ?. This isn’t the first time we’ve shopped here – we’ve picked out outfits in the past, and they’ve always been absolutely adorable! ?✨ Every time we shop here, I’m impressed by the quality and style. Highly recommend for anyone looking for chic and stylish kids’ clothes! ??”

“I recently visited Carter's store with my daughters, we had such a lovely experience! The store was bright and full of adorable outfits for children of all ages. What really stood out to me, though, was Lolo, the assistant manager. She was incredibly helpful and greeted us with a warm smile as soon as we walked in, and helped us To find exactly what we needed, suggesting some cute items based on what I mentioned my kid likes. I came in looking for a bunch of things for my kids, but most of the sizes and styles I needed weren’t in stock. Instead of just saying “sorry,” these two took the time to help me build a huge 18-item online order right there at the register, and they saved me a TON of money in the process.
They were so patient and personable, walking me through every available promo code, stacking deals I didn’t even know existed, and making sure I got the absolute best price possible. The whole time they were smiling, and genuinely excited to help. I walked out with everything I wanted on the way to my house and way more cash still in my pocket than I expected.

“Things can definitely be overpriced. But this is the first place I go for shoes (since my kids grow out of shoes so fast) and dance/gymnastics leotards. Also they have sales for onesies that can’t be beat. The pay out for selling items to them isn’t huge but if the alternative was to donate it and get $0, I guess it’s better than nothing! The wait can be long but they will just text you when the offer is ready. You don’t have to wait there.”
