“When I went their I was flabbergasted of how large the model kit selection was pretty much a Gundam builders dream, and it also had so many third party kits most of which are online only, one of the only place in the country that does this. And it’s not just Gundam their warhammers is 15%msrp enough to buy paints and I had so many magic decks truly a nerds dream. The staff were also so friendly this is the best hobby store in the DFW area and definitely better that the hobby town on mocking bird”

“We are visiting from out of town and happy to have found this place on the square! We went yesterday and got bag of legos for $10 and an already assembled set for $8. But today, they were a real life saver! My son just got this spaceship and lost a piece that seemed like it would be impossible to replace without ordering it straight from LEGO. He begged to go back to this store to try to find it despite my doubts. They have a section of loose legos and some bins separated by color. We went to the white bin to search together and it was literally the second piece I picked up. We found it! This place is worth it for anyone that loves LEGOs.”

“Pretty cool store, went today and was just browsing, wasn't planning to spend money but I did because there were lots of cool stuff.
The cars caught my interest because they looked nice and I could use them in my film projects. Ironic enough the little golf carts can fit toy soldiers in. The employee helped me find that out. Shout out to her, she was really nice, didn't catch her name but she was cool and enjoys what she does at the store.
But like I said this place is cool with lots of variety with toys. And if you're a film guy like me and make stop motion projects they have stuff for that too.
I bought a cool dragon figure that I'll definitely make some cool film ideas with.”

Toys“R”Us is officially back with a brand-new standalone location at Grapevine Mills! ??✨
Not quite the same magical wonderland we remember from the 80s and 90s, but still a fun hit of nostalgia. The stores are now franchised instead of corporately owned, so the feel is a bit different — and yes, the prices are definitely on the high side ??.
That said, the store had some pretty cool and unique items, great displays, and plenty to explore whether you’re a collector, a parent, or just a kid-at-heart. ???

“Things can definitely be overpriced. But this is the first place I go for shoes (since my kids grow out of shoes so fast) and dance/gymnastics leotards. Also they have sales for onesies that can’t be beat. The pay out for selling items to them isn’t huge but if the alternative was to donate it and get $0, I guess it’s better than nothing! The wait can be long but they will just text you when the offer is ready. You don’t have to wait there.”
“This store has improved so much. From the moment you walk in, you can tell how much care and effort the new management has put into making it a welcoming place to shop. It’s incredibly clean, organized, and easy to browse, which makes such a difference.
If you haven’t been here in a while, it’s definitely worth stopping back in. The positive changes are obvious, and it’s become one of the best Once Upon a Child locations I’ve visited.”
