“This store has lots of nice things. Toys, makeup, school supplies, crafts, and t-shirts. The only thing is that their t-shirt shelves are quite bare. Lots of the displayed t-shirts are out of stock. Otherwise, good shopping here.”

We started talking and she was so thoughtful when I bought white and blue flowers for my son’s grave. It’s hard to find workers that are nice and like their jobs. “I haven't been to a Hobby Lobby in so long so when I was in Baytown and had a few minutes to spare I was so excited to finally be able to finally get to go inside this store!!! (Felt weird though, the first Big Lots I had ever been to was with my grandma when I was a kid in Michigan, then. Fast forward 30 yrs, we have been to everyone since then together but I had to do this one alone and it made me sad but happy to get to think about her when I was shopping today! God bless y'all, enjoy the little moments with each other and thank God for every one of them!!!! Thankful to have gotten a chance to not only bring up some great memories but enjoy one of my favorite stores!!! Got some good deals on some shampoos and conditioner, probably enough for the next year!!”
“Just wanted to say how greatful I am to have Ethy as a Dollar General associate in my community. We all know how the “hussle & bussle” can be after work. I stopped in to grab a few things while thinking I had a long day , until I seen Ethy working 2 cash registers by herself with a damn smile on her face . I wish I could do more to show my appreciation but I can at least let the community know what a Gem we have in Ethy! Thank you Ethy for being so inspiring!!!!

“Clean store with a variety of items. Most of the time I go in just for 1 or 2 items and leave with a basket full!!! The workers are friendly which is a nice change from the past experience I had shopping here. The only thing that is a con is the prices keep going up when some of their items should be like the standard dollar store price but other than that I love shopping here.”

“There are new changes coming soon! As of 1/25/20, there is NO LONGER A CLOTHES DEPT!!To make up for it, which I did not really mind because it was always a mess, the store will now have a bigger card section and balloons. So it seems like it... we will have to wait for the finished product ?”

“The district manager to this store and the stores are all wrong Crosby and Huffman and district manager she ignores the disabled she doesn't want him in their store she afraid of the disabled and she doesn't return phone calls and she's a very nasty nasty lady not sure exactly what her name is. She ignores the disabled and she laughs at them in fact all her employees too that's what she teaches them. I'm sorry I swear I said that at Bob said it's disabled and just ruined nasty I'm very un professional”

“Most Dollar Generals are messy with rude service. Not this one. The male employee is friendly and happy to help. The manager is great too. She cares about her customers. I have a DG by my house (Garth and Decker), but I drive farther to come to this one because that one is trash. Thanks guys for making my shopping experience pleasurable instead of stressful.”

“First time ever I got attitude from a cashier. Cashiers always friendly except for today. Cashier long tinted hair had poor attitude. More interest in her phone than helping me out. Wouldn’t even move out of the way when I was walking to the checkout. Had to ask her to move and when she wouldn’t I had to walk around her. Just stood there in front of me. At the cash register no greeting. Just scanned my purchases and grunted a little. Oh well.”
