I have always gone to my dealership to get my oil changes, but their services are alway horrible and they always want to find a way to upsell you on a service that is unnecessary. When my grandfather recommended Toy Tech Auto Care I scheduled my oil change with them! If I would have known that TTAC was right around the corner from my house I would have gone sooner!! “Today was my first time coming. I had done so many things to try to figure it out myself including getting a mechanic that scammed me of my money and still could not get to the root cause of the problem. Dropped it off this morning and before I even got to leave my house to get to work they had already called to tell me the issue and give me a quote to start working on it. I went after work to pick it up and it was running so smoothly. I am so happy. Everyone there is so kind and makes you feel welcome. I am absolutely blown away by the customer service and kindness. They have gained a recurring customer from me. Being a single mom you have no idea how grateful I am to have my vehicle back so quickly so I can transport myself and my children. They gave me a rundown of the other issues that will need to be addressed so I can start getting them done little by little as I’m able. “There are those mechanics that are old school. The ones who still offer honest service. They are away from the corporate greed. They wont charge $300 for a HVAC recharge, or upsell you filters and fluids on every visit. You all know them. I live in Cypress TX where they are a dime a dozen, but I would rather drive 20 miles north to a country shop, dirt parking lot, an old fashioned coke machine in the waiting room, and real mechanics who tell you the real facts, that fix problems for fair prices.”
“I drive past 3 tire stores to go to bills. They take care of my fleet for the business, all our trailers and our personal vehicles. Now they’re doing minor maintenance work brakes, oil changes etc. Everytime I go they are fast and kind. THERE IS NO BETTER TIRE STORE AROUND! Great people great service and priced very well! ??”
“I was having an issue with my tail lights and called the dealer and several other locations to try and get it diagnosed quickly. Unfortunately, none could assist until next week and required drop off. Called this location and they said to bring it in. They hooked it up, diagnosed, and fixed that day - in an hour actually and that was only because I had another lovely customer in front of me. Great service, nice people, and very knowledgeable. “I was extremely pleased with the service. I had spent two whole days trying to remove a Steering Drag Link from a Pitman Arm with no luck. I tried everything in the book. I went to Dynamic, told them what I tried. They told me to bring it in. I brought it to them, within a few hours they had removed the Steering Drag Link and installed the aftermarket Steering Drag Link I had already purchased. The cost for them to do it was minimal I thought and the work looked great. They told me I needed an alignment.(Their machine was down or they would have called me to do it) But, it drove well going home. I was very pleased that it was completed so quickly and without any issues. I will return back if any of my cars need work and I have already told my neighbor about the experience.”
