About AURA at Westchase
2828 at Royal Oaks provides residents with a fantastic living experience in an ideal Houston neighborhood. The apartments are very beautiful, pretty quiet, and above all very clean. These large homes feature stunning nine-foot ceilings, generously proportioned living rooms, and sizable bedrooms with walk-in closets. The modern amenities, including a full-size washer and dryer in each home, make it a gem. The staff is incredibly friendly, pleasant, and professional, always welcoming residents with a smile and providing exceptional service. Maintenance issues, such as the AC breaking down, are handled with skill and great customer service. However, a main concern for some residents is that the swimming pools have been closed for an extended period, which affects relaxation and family time. Overall, many residents are proud to call this community home and are happy to renew their leases, citing a smooth living experience and wonderful community.

I’ve been living here since 2021 and my main concern always has been the ac breaking down specially during summer season. Alejandro has been a life saver he came through checked the issue and took his time to fix it. Thank you Alejandro for being so professional, helpful and great customer service.
