Skipping the line to go straight to get the car was perfect. There was a gentleman waiting as I exited the elevator to assist and show me where to go. After picking out my car, checkout was easy. At the gate. Returning the car was also very easy. All of the staff were very friendly

Clean out the car better, it smelled so much like Marijuana, I had to go and buy so lysol spray and so car air, I had a headache for the first 2 days, but I enjoyed the SUV,.
