The ability to check in without using the counter was such a huge time-saver. They also gave me the option to modify my return time without needing to call them.
On return to IAH airport, Tiffany processed my return and helped me avoid late charges. I recommend Alamo anytime.

Th y service was great and very friendly. The car had some steering issues and we brought it to the attention od the attendant who checked us back in. She was very appreciative and said she would make notes of it and make a compensation for us. We will definitely use Alamo again

The car and the staff weee amazing. We didnt wait too much to get rhe car and returing was very convenient. Just parked the car and left the key inside.
