Allied Collision & Auto Repair provides body and trim repair services. The process can be smooth, with the team ensuring cars are in good hands and doing superb work that makes cars look like new. However, communication can be inconsistent, with calls made at inconvenient times and calls back during business hours sometimes not answered. One staff member is noted as helpful, though service can occasionally be inconsistent.
Everyone was extremely nice and made sure I was taken care of, and that everything was thoroughly reviewed with my flooded vehicle. Extra huge shout out to Shafiq their tow truck driver for helping me out of the waters during a bad Houston storm.
