One employee and her team showed kindness and attention to duty by locating a misdirected document from the State DMV. They understood the importance of the letter, asked the letter carrier to watch for it, and held it at the office for personal pickup. This is a post office where the team makes a difference for customers.

Mail theft, tampering, undelivered mail, and stolen checks happen here. Customer service is rude and unhelpful. Actively stealing mail including checks here. Investigations filed and would recommend to avoid.

Haven't received mail in 4 days and I have tracking system on my phone. Also 2 packages coming from same shipper with correct address are scanned to a different zip code. Reported to customer service and try calling the post office and voicemail is full. Amazing you pay more to mail, but they can't get anything right!!!!
