“I took my Range Rover to this shop for a two-step paint correction. While discussing the process, we decided to powder coat the rims gloss black, refinish the plastic trim along the bottom of the vehicle, and remove the front license plate bracket, fill the holes and repaint the front bumper.
They exceeded my expectations with the finished product. The paint looks like it’s off the showroom floor, the trim looks great, the rims look like they came directly from the factory, and the front bumper is perfect. You would never know a bracket for the front plate was mounted on it. Highly recommend this shop. Exceptional work, clear communication, and he worked around a tight schedule to get the project finished.
Update 11/15/2024: Took my car back because a semi threw a rock and dented my hood. They repaired it quickly, and also painted the center of the hood black which looks incredible!”

“Paragon has me as a customer for life whether they want me or not lol. Relatively new to Texas and my MX-5 got hit in a parking garage. I asked on the forums who to see and overwhelmingly it was Paragon. Marwan handles all cars the same regardless of cost, which is to say, like it’s his own car. I had some big asks, wanted minimal blending and didn’t want the quarter panel replaced. He excelled on both points. I know the color gave him grief but he never wavered and kept a smile. Color me impressed!! I can’t recommend this place enough. Don’t look anywhere else, and definitely don’t go to chain stores like AutoNation etc, as they are not family owned and just want your money and your vehicle out of their shop. Keep it local and with a family owned businesses. Paragon!! :)”

“I have a 2004 Tahoe Z71 that has several minor dents but the paint was fading and rust starts developing. I was referred to Unique Collision by a long time friend who claim that they were the best body and paint shop and that he knew the owner Juan. When I arrived at the body shop, I was greeted by a very friendly and courteous lady Anna. So I told her that I wanted to have my entire car painted. Then I met with Elda, the manager who is extremely knowledgeable told me that the paint job would take about 3 weeks to complete. I couldn't believe that it was my car when the job was completed. The paint on the car looks so good with no flows, not to mention that the color is black and is very easy to see any imperfection. Wow! it looks like a mirror. I am so happy with the job they did, and the car was cleaned spotless inside and out. I watch the extent of the work they did , taking off the headliner and the rack on the car, all the door panels, weather strip, door handles, bumper, hood etc. Elda check each step of the job to insure the work is not going to be anything less than perfect! And for the price they charged me, it is worth every penny!”

“I was devastated when my brand new 2024 Nissan was damaged in an auto accident. I was beyond frustrated from dealing with the at fault parties insurance. The dealership where I bought my car recommended Eagle to repair my car since they are Nissan certified. I called Eagle to let them know I would be using them for the repair work. I was so frustrated and upset with the at fault parties insurance adjuster that I was in tears. It was my good fortune that I was transferred to Mr. David Hicks that day. He was the absolute best. He reassured me that he would take it from here and that I could relax and let Eagle handle all the details. David and Veronica went above and beyond to get my car repaired in a timely manner. They were so patient and kind and treated it as if it were their car. When my car was returned it looked and drove like brand new again. I did have to take it back in a month later because the headlight they replaced wasn’t working and the center console had a gap where it was separating but David greeted me like an old friend and took care of getting everything repaired. While I waited for the repairs I had a chance to watch other customers come in to pick up their vehicles and watch how the staff interacted with each person. It was so nice to see how every, single customer was treated so well and how they all left happy and smiling. This truly is a superbly run, customer service oriented establishment that does superior work. I would use them for any repair I may have in the future!”

“First experience with Cho’s was in the summer of 2023, got into an accident and sent to them by Progressive. Did great and quick work on my mustang and I got it back within the same week.
Fast forward a few weeks ago, someone hit my car again and had Progressive. At first the insurance agent was suggesting another body shop with only 4 star reviews, so I asked if they still had Cho’s in their network, which they fortunately did. Dropped my car off and they had no problem holding it for over a week after they finished repairs since I was out of town for the holidays. When I got back they also said they aligned my wheels which I didn’t know was an issue to begin with! One of the brothers also took time to explain their warranty and that they will make sure to work with insurance if I do think there’s still something wrong related to the accident that sent my car to the shop.
Both times I did not have to continuously follow up with them on the status of the repair, and were very communicative throughout. If you live in Houston and need an honest, dependable auto repair shop I cannot recommend Cho’s enough!”
