“I started a conversation with Jesus a couple months ago about getting a transfer case for my Toyota 4Runner. We lost track of each other as I got busy and also changed my phone number. I ended up buying a brand new transfer case from Toyota and called my local shop to do the install. They told me about a week and a half they could get me in and it would take about two or three days. I thought OK it’s the holidays I understand.
Then I remembered TEQ Auto Solutions and Off Road. I dropped a message on his website on Friday, Monday morning he called me to say drop it off and Tuesday morning. I am already home and in possession of my vehicle. And it works!! Looks like I might be going to Padre Island seashore this weekend after all.

“I took my Range Rover to this shop for a two-step paint correction. While discussing the process, we decided to powder coat the rims gloss black, refinish the plastic trim along the bottom of the vehicle, and remove the front license plate bracket, fill the holes and repaint the front bumper.
They exceeded my expectations with the finished product. The paint looks like it’s off the showroom floor, the trim looks great, the rims look like they came directly from the factory, and the front bumper is perfect. You would never know a bracket for the front plate was mounted on it. Highly recommend this shop. Exceptional work, clear communication, and he worked around a tight schedule to get the project finished.
Update 11/15/2024: Took my car back because a semi threw a rock and dented my hood. They repaired it quickly, and also painted the center of the hood black which looks incredible!”

“I feel like there is dishonest mechanics that try to replace items that don't need replacing. They brought my engine filter in and said it needed to be replaced. It was barely even dirty. Also, the customer before me was told that it is customer appreciation month and it is $20 off. The first mechanic that came to talk to me said the same thing but then a second mechanic came in and asked if I had a coupon. I said what do I need a coupon for? He said if I had one that he could give me $20 off the filter. I said why do I need a coupon when it is customer appreciation month and I get $20 off anyway? He just said Oh and walked back into the shop. I don't think I will be returning. I don't like mechanics thinking they can try to lie to me just because I'm a woman. They didn't even try to lie to the man that came before me and tell him something needed to be replaced when it didn't need it. They just did what he asked for.
Update: After speaking with the manager, Aaron, I feel better about the service I will receive in the future. Thank you Aaron for speaking with me.”
