Bear Creek Auto Storage # 2, is a Harris County Vehicle Storage Facility, located in Northwest Houston, Texas. We are not a wrecker service, nor do we have have a wrecker or forklift available to move vehicles around. Several wrecker services use Bear Creek Auto Storage for their needs to store the vehicles that they have towed. Bear Creek Auto Storage is a third party, and does not have anything to do with why your car was towed. You need to call the actual wrecker company and/or the owner/manager of the property, for that information. All charges are imposed by state, county, local, and tax.
Worst experience I ever had. The guy can barely speak English is not informative and rude. Worst customer service I do not recommend this place if anyone has to deal with them I feel sorry for you.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! If I could give 0 stars I would. Manager was beyond rude, he ASSUMED for whatever reason I was calling about a repossession of a car. I repeatedly told him I wasn’t calling about a repo. Very uncooperative and unprofessional. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

They deceive, first they say one price, then they load the car, they say a different price, if you don’t agree, they take the car to another place, they extort money
