It is a nice clean facility. One of the employees Jesus was always incredibly helpful and kind. That being said I did not feel that I was treated as a valued member which is why I had to only leave to Stars today

We have been members of CYFCU for decades and between the occasional really bad customer service and the draconian OD fees I can't recommend them. When my spouse retires as a teacher we plan on closing all the accounts. There are much better banking institutions. Even Chase and Wells Fargo Banks have mischievous better... read full comment

We worked with Chris Dotson at the Skinner road location. He did a great job for us. I couple of documentation issues came up and he went out of his way to help or work around them. This is why we continue as members for over 25 years. Chris is the embodiment of customer service.
