I didn’t book a vehicle here but I will give a shout out to James who works here as a rep. He did everything he could to book me a truck/SUV/minivan but unfortunately everyone was booked . I will say I would come here again for my next rental. THANKS JAMES

This location is under new management. I dealt with James the new owner previously in the Jersey Village area. I have never had any issues with James in Jersey Village or at this location. My recent rental (last week) was trouble free. Car was clean, I was in and out and James provided excellent customer service!
