“From beginning to end, it was easy and efficient, and felt like we were working on the project collaboratively. It was just my bedroom that I was revamping, but Reinel made me feel like that’s all he was working on at the time. I would definitely recommend.”

“All I can say us Carpet Giant is the best. We had already selected our carpet, and we had contacted a local company to get a quote. I heard an ad on the radio for Carpet Giant and contacted them to also get a quote. Francisco came out to our house, did the measurements and gave us a quote. The quote was $2 a square yard less then the local company. We signed the paperwork and paid for the carpet and installation was done. We were amazed at how hard the guys worked. We could not be happier with our new carpet.”

“I was here a few months ago for my wife's 30th birthday. I was recommended this place by my mom, and I was here AGES ago when I was younger. After walking in, I was immediately greeted by the owner. He is a warm and VERY friendly man who has an encyclopedic knowledge of rugs. We chatted a bit about what we were looking for and he began to bring out rug after rug, explaining both the benefits and drawbacks of each. He gave us VERY large discounts on the rugs; I have the feeling I could have haggled with him but honestly the prices felt more than fair and were ESPECIALLY good with the discounts he offered. I ended up with two rugs and stayed within budget, all because he worked with the price and helped us find things we were genuinely excited about. To top it all off, he also has a warranty program that lasts, if I'm remembering correctly, up to TEN YEARS. That's incredible. I will be back the next time I'm looking to get rugs. The owner and his team were fantastic and the rugs we bought were also truly good quality.”

“I highly recommend working with Jeff! I spent weeks going back and forth trying to choose new carpet for my office/TV room and he was incredibly patient throughout the whole process. The installation, led by Manuel, went smoothly and the final result looks fantastic. In fact, it went so well that I went back to get new carpet for two more rooms. Outstanding selection and top-notch customer service!”

“I had a great experience at MC tile working with Heather and Holly in the sales department after searching for many weeks for a good granite provider and fabricator. I also met Mario in the warehouse who was also really good to meet. Everyone that I worked with was very knowledgeable about the product and transparent in their pricing. In addition they were very timely in their communication, fabrication and installation. It was really good to finally find a place that did the whole deal and is concerned with customer satisfaction.”

“What a lifesaver!! We purchased flooring from Michelle last year and had an excellent experience. We just bought a new house and the carpet looked pretty messed up. ? We plan to replace it but we don't have it in the budget just yet as we just bought the house. Thankfully Michelle came through and had her guys fix the carpet. They did fantastic. We're super impressed. You can see the before and after. The customer service is by far the best we've experienced from a flooring company. We look forward to using their services again... probably in a year or so to upgrade!! Thank you Michelle!”
