They are attentive to needs, decipher feelings about each style, material, and shape, and help pick the perfect dress based on feedback. They provide a supportive, cheerleading squad experience, making brides feel comfortable and happy through every appointment and fitting, even during complex situations like being a COVID bride or having family out of town. The in-house alterations and seamstress provide an amazing experience. The team also assists with additional services, like finding someone to clean an heirloom veil, making everything seamless. Brides feel beyond beautiful on their wedding day and still love their dresses. The dresses themselves are exquisite and perfect. The entire experience, from trunk shows to the new location, knocks it out of the park. Customers cannot recommend them enough and wish they could do it all over again.
