Only rating it one star cause of Daniela, I went in to get something and my card wasn’t working an I asked if I could go to the bank and the lady that was helping me said yeah and she would hold it for me, but when I get back that girl daniela was all angry in the face and told me they sold it lol

Went in to check the authentication of a gold bracelet. They just looked at it and said is was plated. They aren't that knowledgeable on how to test for gold. Left went to a jeweler where did more than just looking at it.
