The car smelled horrible, was beat up, and to top it off we waited an hour after our reservation time to get the vehicle.

Rented a stadard SUV like Hyundai Santa Fe but got a sub-compact Nissan Kicks instead. Maintenance on vehicle is severely lacking - low tire pressures, oil change light came on, cruise control not working, vehicle shakes at 70 mph speed.

Kentrayal and crew went above and beyond to make sure we were well accommodated for our short 36 hours in Houston. Thank you so much!
