From Monday to Friday calling every day for someone to come pick up a package. Nobody ever came. I spoke with supervisors, manager. Nobody helped. I don't understand how this company continues to operate. It's a disaster, I'll use UPS from now on.

Terrible service and employees are lacking training. They don't know what they are doing. Asked for a manger but took too long to show up to the front. FedEx needs to do a better job in training the workers. Wasted time there and nothing got done. Went to the UPS store instead to ship a package.

Customer service sucks..they have 3 people helping one customer while the waiting line keeps getting longer
