Very clean and organized. Very friendly employees throughout. The mens locker room needs attention regularly though. The sinks are a big mess. The bicycles need straps for the feet. Overall pretty good place to visit out of peek hours.

The personal trainer Shelby is awesome. Great at explaining processes when helping with workouts. Patient and observant, also considerate to your whys and how’s. A very bright and nice person to be around.
