We donated a loveseat and they came out to unload it. My husband and I had a hard time getting it into the truck and needed help to get it out. They almost dropped it (3 young guys were unloading it). But all in all, they were polite and helpful.

Don't go to a goodwill with a special thing in mind. You're doing good willing wrong, you go there for the treasure hunt experience. That and anytime you need a dam res shirt to wear for a function for just a one time use and don't want to pay 13$ at Walmart.
