Goodwill Houston Donation Center provides excellent service, with a helpful manager and staff who go above and beyond to assist customers. They are known for their well-kept and orderly store, where many cute items are available. Customers appreciate the convenience of staff bringing rolling carts to their cars for donations and offering receipts for tax purposes. The friendly atmosphere makes every visit enjoyable.
The manager Elizabeth and her staff were so amazing in helping me find an important item that was accidentally donated. I was on the verge of tears until they dug through the items and found it! Not only this but the store is always will kept and orderly- so many cute things go through there!

Somebody walks out to my car each time and brings a rolling cart to take my items inside. They ask if I want a receipt for taxes.
