I brought my tortoise in for a wellness check and I was very impressed by the level of attention and service we received. The check in and out process was quick and easy, our technician Tung was very knowledgeable and patient, and Dr. Mai went above and beyond to make sure I left better informed on proper care.

Friendly staff, short wait time. DR. Yu was great with our snake and not afraid to say she didn't know but looked for help.
Our Queen Tweety is on the mend. I would love to go back, but maybe next time not for an injury.
