  Communication was difficult with the workers, and the fees they charge are ridiculous. And they do not answer the phone. But at least in person they’re somewhat respectful and polite

  Y’all towed my car with the handicap sticker it y’all don’t answer yall phones but yall 24 hours and the phone rings to a cell phone I can’t even get in contact with nobody to retrieve my car
