About Hyatt Place Houston-Northwest / Cy-Fair
Hyatt Place Houston-Northwest / Cy-Fair is a clean and comfortable hotel with friendly staff. The rooms are well-maintained, spacious, and include daily room service. Guests appreciate the location near many food options and enjoy the delicious breakfast offered. The hotel provides good value for the price and is highly recommended for its cleanliness and convenience. However, some guests experienced issues such as old and smelly rooms, broken water and ice machines, and difficulty reaching front desk staff. The TV service may also be limited, and breakfast temperatures can vary. Overall, it is a decent choice for a short stay, especially for those looking for a clean, budget-friendly hotel close to food options.

Sydney Murdock is an amazing worker for Hyatt place! I had a family reunion and used the meeting room at Hyatt place. Sydney assisted me every step of the way. She has an amazing attitude of service!

Rooms were clean and decent. Poor check-in experience, no wifi or TV first night, breakfast wasn't as advertised (no fresh fruit or eggs), pool was closed for safety/health reasons
