The hotel has all amenities expected from a Regency but the customer service is where I felt was even better than expected. From valet, to check in, to housekeeping and to the wait staff, everyone was so nice and helpful. Very comfortable rooms, highly recommend.

Great option if you're visiting Houston. Very central and well located. Please pay attention, there are several Hyatt Regency's Houston. Make sure you have the right one when you order an Uber.
