Jazzercise West University offers challenging and effective full-body workouts in a fun and safe environment. The workouts are a great total body dance fitness mixture of aerobics, strength training, and stretching set to motivating, current pop music. Instructors are amazing, top notch, knowledgeable, caring, friendly, fun, and motivating with contagious energy. They regularly rotate routines to keep it fresh. It is the most fun way to get and stay in shape for all ages, all sizes, and all fitness levels. The community is encouraging with no judgement. Participants can choose different instructors and enjoy the flexibility of both in-person and remote classes.
