JJ Van Rental & Transportation service

Car Rental
Hours: JJ Van Rentals & Transportation Service is one of the best rental services in the Houston area, providing an affordable service to the public. It is a privately owned company, not a large franchise, offering a comfortable luxury ride. Customers frequently rent 15-passenger vans and Sprinters, including the Mercedes Sprinter 2500, which are described as new, clean, very comfortable, spacious, well taken care of, and in excellent condition. The rental process is very easy, quick, and easy, whether booking online or by phone. The service is outstanding, with excellent and AAA+ communication. The staff is extremely kind, very helpful, very nice, courteous, and patient, answering all questions. They are accommodating, solving issues like after-hours vehicle returns. While a very small language barrier was noted over the phone for complicated questions, everything is sorted out in person. Most experiences are highly positive, with smooth rides and awesome trips. A rare hiccup, like a late van return from a previous customer causing a wait, is noted, but staff do their best to resolve it quickly. The company is praised for last-minute help, saving groups from difficult situations. The vans offer ample seating, storage space for luggage, and features like a DVD player and TV. Customers are very pleased, highly recommend the service, and state they will definitely rent again, be a returning customer, and use the service next year. It is considered the best, more affordable choice for sprinter rentals in Houston.
