I bought a sub zero wine fridge from Gina at KN. She was very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. She made the process seamless. Gina was great at K&N. She handled our entire appliance package and got everything there on time. Just recently, She was also instrumental in getting our Thermador refrigerator replaced when it broke and Thermador customer service wasn't handling the situation well.
