MAA Legacy Pines is a well-appointed and peaceful sanctuary in North Houston, offering luxury apartments with a gorgeous pool, outdoor kitchen, fitness center, and outdoor firepit. Apartments feature smart home technology, in-unit washer/dryers, and designer finishes, with select units offering fireplaces and sunrooms. The staff has been good, with maintenance workers described as fast, timely, and very knowledgeable. They work very hard to resolve maintenance problems effectively and even offer helpful tips to residents. The leasing agents make the move-in process easy, providing clear explanations and assistance. They help prospective residents feel comfortable and excited, working through complications to finalize leases. Overall, experiences with the staff have been very pleasing.
Gerardo Benavidez is always very fast and timely with resolving any maintenance related problems we have. He works very hard!

My experience with the maintenance worker Duncan was very good. He was very knowledgeable of my maintenance issue and was able to fix it. He also showed me a few things that I could do on my end so I won’t run into the issue I was having. Very please with my experience.
