lululemon is a technical athletic apparel company founded in Vancouver in 1998. Its clothes are designed for yoga, running, dancing, and other sweaty pursuits, with a mission to create components for longer, healthier, fun lives. Stores have strong ties to their local communities. The store in the Galleria provides an outstanding experience with exceptional customer service. The staff are fantastic, super helpful, attentive, and go above and beyond, offering top-notch service with expertise and infectious energy. They are never judgmental. The store itself is open and airy with a great, wide selection and a large inventory of both men’s and women’s clothing, including most styles, sizes, and colors. There is a much larger selection of men’s items than often found, plus significant savings can be found on the closeout rack. Services like hemming are super fast. The only noted drawback is that the dressing rooms are not the cleanest. Overall, it is a highly recommended store for its high-quality products and great team effort.
Worked with store managers Syd and Bell to resolve a complicated shipping issues and store credit. We are extremely happy with the professionalism and courtesies shown to us. Based on the resolution of this issue we can highly recommend Lululemon and especially their store in the Gallaria in Houston, Texas.
