“I am so happy with UPS Store Waugh Drive. I have had a box there for years. They sign for things that require signatures. I don't have to be home waiting for packages. This week, what prompted the shout out, a package was supposedly delivered, but there was no package at the UPS store. UPS store had video proof of no package on the date/time in question. The expensive item was re-shipped. Had it been shipped to my house, me saying "hey there's no package at my house" would it have gone so smoothly? Maybe, but, having UPS Store handling all my mail, backing me up, was totally great. Extra shout out to EZ who is always so professional. Everyone there, always going a great job. Thanks UPS Store.”
