No help, waited more than 30 minutes. Any other bank/credit union does not take this long for the few people in the lobby. Was going to apply for a auto loan, but instead, I’ll do it online

I had such a great experience with customer service this morning! I made an appointment for 9:40 a.m., and we got there a bit early, so we were able to sit down right away without any wait.
