“I feel like there is dishonest mechanics that try to replace items that don't need replacing. They brought my engine filter in and said it needed to be replaced. It was barely even dirty. Also, the customer before me was told that it is customer appreciation month and it is $20 off. The first mechanic that came to talk to me said the same thing but then a second mechanic came in and asked if I had a coupon. I said what do I need a coupon for? He said if I had one that he could give me $20 off the filter. I said why do I need a coupon when it is customer appreciation month and I get $20 off anyway? He just said Oh and walked back into the shop. I don't think I will be returning. I don't like mechanics thinking they can try to lie to me just because I'm a woman. They didn't even try to lie to the man that came before me and tell him something needed to be replaced when it didn't need it. They just did what he asked for.
Update: After speaking with the manager, Aaron, I feel better about the service I will receive in the future. Thank you Aaron for speaking with me.”

I had an excellent experience at Wise Car Care Eldridge. I spoke with Adeel, the manager, and he was incredibly helpful and professional. I had my brakes replaced, and he took the time to clearly explain everything, which I truly appreciated.
With so many quick-service shops focused on speed, it’s refreshing to find a place that values communication and customer comfort. They allow you to wait inside and actually take the time to walk you through the work being done. That made a big difference for me.

Tim was incredibly responsive from the very start, taking the time to walk me through exactly what needed to be fixed and the smartest way to go about it—especially when it came to price. What struck me most was his honesty. He was so straightforward that he even told me to go to another shop for a specific repair because it would be better handled there. That kind of integrity is almost unheard of in this industry.

“I went In jiffy Lube today Saturday, February 7, 2026 I went in first to inquire about a price on oil change inspection and windshield wipers. I realized I didn’t have enough money for all of these items to be done so I asked the gentleman to cancel the windshield wipers blade and that was done but when I went back to receive my car, the oil changed, was the only thing done And the sign said 15 minutes I waited 40 minutes & only one car in front of me
I asked him about the inspection. He said he didn’t remember telling me About the inspection, the inspection was the main thing I was coming far. I honestly didn’t need an oil change at this time. I waited all this time and I feel like I didn’t wanna wait anymore so I did not get my inspection. He goes on to tell me that he’s the best at his job and I feel like if he was the best of his job he would’ve knew and remember I said I need an inspection and he thought he was funny I would no longer give Jiffy Lube my business”

“I've used Space Center Automotive for minor car needs like inspections for years. More recently, I've had other repair needs and had lost confidence in the usual shop I previously used. I gave Space Center Automotive a chance and while they are not the least expensive, not that repairs are ever inexpensive, their pricing was fair and even more so when you consider they warranty all their work. Not just a 30 day warranty, but far longer. Their quote was reasonably accurate to the final bill, their communication was excellent, and their projected completion time was spot on. All in all, I will continue to use them for repairs and trust them to provide quality service moving forward.”

“Each time I bring my vehicles to this company, take 5, I see how the employees are ready to go over and beyond making sure that your vehicle is safe to be on the road. My cabin filter was so dirty I had no idea my vehicle had a cabin filter to begin with. It was explained to me that having a clean cabin filter will also help the air flow from your AC smell better and blow better.
