O'Reilly's is a very good automotive parts store. The staff seem always helpful and knowledgeable. They have the part you are looking for with best prices and often the exact same brand cheaper by two dollars. The girl who attended the front door was somewhat serious but did the favor of pinpointing the crico of a truck in the back. They bought a defective part from another store and returned it within a reasonable time and found the gas cap works great. Even in a rain that stays there on a late Friday night the lone female employee greeted a hurried driver and helped locate the windshield wiper of the size the vehicle takes. The employee answered questions correctly and served us well. The establishment running with a cold fluorescent illumination and a helpful counter and the parts are not overpricing. The business has very good parts and helpful staff.

There's a guy named Dre! He has been really helpful with me and not just me but with other clients and on the phone. He's so patient and nice! Will recommend to come again when ever I need something!

I came in for a battery and Andy the manager was so helpful! He changed the battery and added the coolant without hesitation especially w/ this heat. THANK YOU ANDY!
