“Had them mix up a custom metallic silver color for me. I could only bring a little bracket for them to match and that didn't stop them. Had me out in around 25 min. Back to the shop I went and shot the color and it was spot on. I used their clear as well and everything laid beautifully. I'll be back to get more paint and supplies!”
“Went in to the veterans memorial location to purchase a pint a vinyl dye, they ended up making a water based dye(would not recommend), I tried to save time on travel considering that location is 15min from shop, I decided to drive the extra 20min to the Yale st. Location (as I've always did with my previous purchases)
Long story short, JR Rosales is definitely the go to guy at the Yale st. Location, (along with the rest of the staff)

“I came into the store looking for white trim paint. My house was built in 1984 and I’m not sure the house had ever been repainted. Long story short, I needed to get paint to touch up trim throughout the house. I took a cabinet door with me to match. My person mixed a gallon for me that was a perfect match.

After a few trial and error moments myself, I can confidently say that having a professional like Nic on your side is invaluable. He really understands color palettes and explains how different shades work together, which makes it so much easier to choose the perfect colors the first time.
Nic’s expertise and attention to detail made the whole experience enjoyable, and I have no doubt he’ll be an excellent general manager soon. He also packed and loaded the paint into my car. Talk about service! Keep up the great work, Nic! ??❤️?

Handling phone calls from contractors, other stores and customers with questions was no short order task, somehow she did splendidly and more polite and friendly than a 'Wall-to-Wall' retail greeter could hope to be in this day and age. More than glad that I stopped in to see this location.”

“I came to Sherwin Williams Paint Store this morning to buy enamel oil based paint to paint the house front door. When I stepped inside store I was greeted by one employee & second employee smiled as I maded my way to counter. I was impressed that both employee's didn't just greet me but both maded eye contact while greeting me. This isn't my typical experience when I visit the other Sherwin Williams Store's. The 2nd thing that impressed me was although, female employee was busy with another customer she notified she would return to assist me with my order.
She did!
3rd thing that impressed me was after employee handed me the bag with paint can she notified she included can opener in bag to open paint can. What a thoughtful employee! In all years I have been buying paint from paint store's no one as ever given me can opener for paint can.
The last thing that impressed me during visit to paint store was bill I rec'd when paint was ready.
I rec'd a 10% discount a preferred customer savings.
I know which Sherwin Williams Store I will go to whenever, I need paint etc it's this one.”
