No customer service. Had to figure out how to park. How to enter. Where to go etc. Cheap but not worth the extra hassle.

Did not have the car type I reserved and had limited options.

Reserved a price online through southwest portal. Decided to pay when I got there. Southwest said it would be $271. Got there and it was $690. Just do Turo or uber. Traffic is bad in Houston anyway. It’s cheaper to Uber than to evens rent a car
