“We found the customer service at this place to be exceptional. We needed a car trailer to tow our car back to Canada with us and paid the additional fee to have assistance with setting it up. Just as we began to set it up it started DOWN POURING. On top of that our car was having trouble getting onto the trailer due to how low it is. Ashton patiently worked in the pouring rain with us for almost an hour to help sort everything out, get the car on the trailer & get us safely on our way. This 5 stars is for you Ashton! Not many people would have helped us the way you did.”

“I came here to get moving supplies to pack my two bedroom two bath apartment moving from the Heights area to a downtown hi-rise. I was a bit overwhelmed as I have never moved by myself before. As soon as I walked in the door— Chante, such an amazing and KNOWLEDGEABLE, helpful, and CARING employee was SO patient with me throughout the whole process. She assisted me, gave me her honest input and I was just blown away by her work ethic and human kindness. Which is just rare to find these days. Anyway, if you need anything to move COME HERE. and if the CEO of uhaul is reading this you have a diamond/angel currently working at this location.”

“I keep coming back to this location for rentals. I have gone to other locations to save on the mileage charge and usually regret it. I recommend expecting to have to wait as this place is always busy. "Bad service" here is when the folks behind the counter are tired at the end of the day getting you your stuff efficiently. Normal is getting me through the process in a friendly manner in addition to the efficiency.”

“The clerk who assisted me, Adrian, was professional and courteous. He greeted me as soon as I entered the door. My transaction was speedy. The fuel tank for the truck I rented was only 1/4 full, but that's not necessarily the fault of this facility. Also, the truck was parked in a tight space, so reversing in the tiny lot may be tricky for someone who is not a confident driver. Anyone in the area should go here if you want a welcoming, positive attitude. Be kind to the employees, be patient, and you'll be treated the same way in return.”
