“Came in today to get a trailer hooked up for work. A gentleman by the name of Mark escorted me to the back with a very warm greeting and introduced himself. He was very polite and extremely helpful. He explained to me that he was new, but told me not to worry—he would have me out soon. Boy, was it hot outside (in the low 90s, I believe)! Anywho, after he installed the trailer and everything, the man thanked me for being a valued customer. Words like this and great customer service make one feel very welcome here.
