Acquiring a storage unit was simple. You can do it online or over the phone. Great deals if you are a first time customer. Only issue for me is the 6am-6pm time frame. As someone who works 7-5 M-F, and accounting for Houston traffic. I essentially only have access to my unit on the weekends.
