“This little post office in our neighborhood is just the best! Always a friendly greeting when we open the door, and always a, “How can I help you?” The post people who work in this post office are so nice and they understand exactly what we need as soon as they are made aware why we’re there. From stamps to sending packages, or shopping the greeting card and magnet section, they are ready to help. Recently I had to go to another P.O. a few miles away. No one spoke at all as people came in and lined up for service. Some of us were treated with total indifference, and some with curt answers. Why is that? What makes the difference? Why do the guys at our little P.O. treat their customers with civility instead of rudeness?

“Someone referred me to this place for sending stuff overseas. When I arrived here, I was able to recognize the receptionist. I knew her a while back when she was working at Hong Kong Market. “Update: Within hours of posting my original review, a rep from RXO contacted me to assure me that my item would be shipped by the original intended date of 1/4/2024. They gave a window between 12:30p and 5:30p. Like clockwork, the delivery driver reached out the next day at around 12:15p to tell me he was 30 min away. Approximately 1245p my item was delivered and all was right in my world. Special thanks to Thomas (the RXO rep who reached out and made everything run smooth and got my stuff to me like originally planned). 5 stars for Thomas. 1 star to original person I spoke to that didn't help at all solve the situation. Thanks again to Thomas...super professional and standup guy! GIVE MY GUY A RAISE RXO!
Terrible service so far... I ordered a TV over a month ago with a delivery date of 1/4/2025. I've been receiving updates every week saying we are scheduled and everything is on time. Today(1/3/2025) at 11:47am I'm being notified the delivery is delayed can't be delivered on the aforementioned date. I clicked the link in the text they sent, and the next available time for delivery is next Wednesday, the 8th. This sounded weird to me. So I decided to call their representative, who had no answers for me except that they just received my item this morning, and that was the reason they had to reschedule. So you're telling me you can't put an item on a truck and deliver it less than 50 miles away within 24 hrs?! And then, not be able to deliver it until 4 days later?! Make it make sense...”
