“Al did a fantastic job doing an entire sole tear down. Replacing the welt, midsole, and sole. On top of that fixed a heel squeak, and shined them like new. Would return and recommend. Wish I had a before pic, but the end result speaks for itself.”

“I am a notorious penny pincher, but I never second guess the expense for proper running shoes. Fleet Feet-Woodway is my store but any store that exclusively sells running shoes is best (make sure you understand the exchange/return policy which should give you a chance to tryout your new shoes.) Shoes get new models all the time, so a shoe that is perfect today may be a dud for you next year. Getting fitted by a knowledgeable salesperson is essential. (Just posted this on fb & thought I should share here too!)”

They were patient (I’m very particular) and pleasant. All 3 of them went out of their way to help me find the shoes and bag I needed, and I was shopping for a particular color. I will definitely go back to this store because I am big on spending my money where it’s appreciated and that’s what happened here. They are excellent employees!”

One of my pet peeves is discrimination and I did not experience this. Everyone was welcoming especially my parents since they do not speak English.
