First time coming to this shop downtown to resize a ring that was engraved and the original shop wouldn't resize for me. The staff were very nice and able to resize my ring in the same visit. I'll definitely come back here in the future.

I have taken my business to this store for over 20 years, and every time they get it right with reasonable pricing. I moved out of state and I still send them my pieces of fine/designer/silver/gold jewelry to work on. Superior customer service! Ask for Melissa.

Excellent customer service! Took a necklace in that needed repair on the clasp and they made the small adjustment to fix it right there, free of charge. Highly recommend.
