Several leasing and concierge team members, including Franklin, Lisa, and Kur, are consistently highlighted for being fantastic, helpful, and professional, providing great customer service. However, experiences outside the individual apartments are mixed. While some residents feel safe and comfortable, noting a secure package room and fun resident events, others describe a more chaotic environment. Issues include frequent elevator breakdowns, with locked staircases sometimes leaving no building access. Incidents of reserved parking spots being used by others, dog attacks, and concerning safety encounters, including harassment and a displayed firearm in an elevator, have been reported. A past valet service also caused safety concerns. Despite enjoying their homes, some residents did not look forward to navigating the common areas.
Lived here over a year. Thick ceilings and floors. I've never heard my upstairs or downstairs neighbors. Lightning fast maintenance, and friendly management, especially Franklin who's very knowledgeable and helpful. The new valet company is 10 times better than the last. I would recommend this place to friends and family.

This property is really nice! The appliances are nice and well kept. The view is amazing from my unit and I love the staff, Stephanie helped me move in and she was great.

I really miss this place. It was truly an oasis. Concierge and front desk was next to none. Felt very boogie and I absolutely 💯 loved living there.
