Southlawn Palms Apartments is now under new management, which has made it a much safer place with a great job done improving the property. The apartments offer a wonderful second chance and a fresh start. The management team is stricter, standing firm on the rules, and the property managers are wonderful, professional, and full of energy. They are helpful, patient, and work with their heart, making residents feel like family and well cared for. The office workers are wonderful and keep the place clean. The property itself is newly renovated and located in a convenient area with a grocery store, gas station, washateria, school, meat market, and EMS department all nearby. Safety on the property has changed, with good security, making it a comfortable and accessible complex. The process is smooth and welcoming, making it a good choice for a move.

This place must be under New Management. If so then great job people. If need be I would live there. Much safer than the past. Grocery store gas station washateria School meat market EMS department all in one area.!!!!!

These are some wonderful 2nd chance apartments I like it here they are doing a great job they have great property managers and all anything you need they care of you I been staying here since August and I’m renewing my lease.
