Splash Hand Car Wash is a business that offers full car wash services, including interior cleaning, shampooing, and waxing. Customers appreciate that it provides a cheaper alternative compared to other car washes in the area, often costing less than $20 for a full inside-out clean. The staff generally do a good job, and wait times are usually short, often less than five minutes. Many customers find the quality of cleaning satisfactory and feel that the service is worth the price they pay, especially considering it is less expensive than doing it themselves at home. However, some reviews mention concerns about increasing prices, with some customers questioning why the cost has risen significantly over the years when competitors charge less. There are also complaints about the attitude of staff, particularly when customers raise questions about the pricing. Additionally, some customers report a decline in the quality of service over time, citing missed spots, lack of attention to detail, and incomplete interior cleaning. A few have expressed dissatisfaction with the cleaning results, noting that certain areas were overlooked or not cleaned properly. Overall, Splash Hand Car Wash is seen as a convenient, affordable place to get a basic car wash, though some customers feel the quality and attention to detail could be improved, especially given the higher prices compared to other options.
I had a great experience, the manager was very clear about price and what service came with it. My car looked amazing and feel my car was handled with care. The employees really did a great job.
