Spout Car Wash

Car Wash
Hours: Spout Car Wash offers amazing service and attention to detail. The facility is always operational, including free vacuum, towels, and spray for interior. Customers note the wash is great and the vacuums actually get the job done. Staff does a great job maintaining the area and supplies, and are great at assisting when needed. William (Will), the manager for the past three years, is amazing and definitely always friendly and helpful. Focus on customer loyalty. Another employee, Ricardo, has passion and drive, putting in hard work and extra efforts. A customer noted William with the dread locks was great, helped clean a car, and provided great customer service. However, some experiences have been mixed, with reports of only brushing down one side of a vehicle and the dryer taking vehicles through quickly, leaving water spots. One customer purchased the premium wash hoping for a better outcome but was disappointed and will not spend any more money there. Another customer had a front bumper cracked after a visit, but still admitted the wash is great.
