Super 8 by Wyndham Houston Northwest Cypress

Ramada, Hotels
Super 8 by Wyndham Houston Northwest Cypress offers nice, clean, and pretty good rooms at a good and affordable price. The location is good, near neighborhoods and convenient for events. The parking lot is lighted for safety. The night time female desk clerk is very nice, very helpful, and informative, making guests feel at home. However, the daytime female front desk clerk is very rude, and the day shift staff may not speak English well, leading to misunderstandings. Some issues reported include a room with a bad smoking smell in a non-smoking room, a front desk that was unattended at checkout, and a room assignment far from parking. The hotel has a working pool and breakfast. The atmosphere is generally peaceful and quiet, with no bugs reported, and the experience is considered a great value for the price.
