Target offers a positive shopping experience with generally great employees, from Starbucks to cashiers. Management's efforts are clearly working well, resulting in a 11/10 rating from one customer. The store is a place where customers can find new products, like a specific body spray that proved to be a game-changer, keeping one customer smelling fresh even after significant heat and sweating. Returns are hassle-free, and customers are satisfied with the prom service. The ability to use a credit card for returns without a receipt is an awesome convenience. Customer service is a highlight, with staff described as extremely supportive and helpful, making transactions easy. One instance involved an employee going above and beyond to help retrieve a forgotten item. While some customers don't shop often due to not finding desired items or finding prices higher than expected, they have been surprised and found what they needed. However, there are occasional instances of less-than-ideal customer service, such as ruder staff in the pizza area where one employee allowed someone to cut in line after ignoring another customer. Despite this, most staff are friendly.
